Cat Goddess Temple Found in Egypt

Beneath the streets of modern-day Alexandria, Egypt, archaeologists have discovered a temple to the ancient cat goddess Bastet. The temple, supposedly commissioned by Queen Berenike II, has hundreds of cat statues.
